nearly forgot

10.29pm and I remembered I hadn’t blogged my food diary….

breakfast

hot water and lemon. cup of tea. muller light banana custard flavour …mmmmmmm

lunch. homemade soup. 4 ryvita (healthy b) 2 chocolates 5 syns

apple and banana and grapes as snacks

dinner. jacket spud. butter 3 syns. beans and cheese (healthy a)

hardly any water. massive headache. my own fault.

    Could you post some slow cooker slimming world recipes on here? I got a slow cooker for Christmas but don’t really know what to make in it that’s slimming world friendly, I’m shit with meal ideas tbh x
