12/100 – writers block

I have a blogging block.

My mind isn’t working properly today, I’m not sure if it’s the heat or the fact I have been eating really badly for the last few days.

I’ve been trying to meal plan for the week and do a shopping list for the last few hours and this is all I have so far:

  • Flushable wipes
  • Squash
  • Kids yogurts
  • Shredded wheat
  • Muller lights

That is it. Literally the whole list.

So not only do I appear on have blogging block I also seem to have all round being able to think block.

To try and inspire me for blogging and for being able to meal prep I am reading blogs and magazines and scouring beautiful Instagram accounts.

What do you do to help with writers block?
