Slimming world journey

I did it…

I stayed on plan all day.

fuck yeah.

brekkie – 2 x alpen light (healthyb) muller light, decaf coffee with milk (1syn)

lunch – pasta n sauce made with just water (2.5syns) an apple and some grapes

dinner. not eaten yet but pasta with low fat cheese spread (healthy a) and bacon and green beans.

snacks – cookie thin – 2 syns

cheddar – 2 syns

still got some syns left for an after kids in bed snack šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜
